Dar Al Handasah

Amman, November 12, 2025 – HRH Princess Ghida Talal, Chairperson of the king Hussein Cancer Foundation (KHCF) and Center (KHCC), signed a cooperation agreement with Dar Al-Handasah Consultants (Shair & Partners Co.), represented by its CEO, Mr. Talal Shair.

This agreement comes as part of Dar Al-Handasah’s contribution to supporting KHCF’s mission in the fight against cancer, through providing design services for future projects, including a pediatric cancer treatment building and a hematology oncology center for adult patients.

During the signing ceremony, Princess Ghida Talal emphasized the importance of this collaboration, stating: “We greatly value this partnership with Dar Al-Handasah Consultants, which will play a vital role in saving the lives of cancer patients and enhancing the level of care we provide to our patients.”

For his part, Mr. Talal Shair stated that their support stems from a firm belief in the critical role played by KHCF in delivering comprehensive cancer care across Jordan. He highlighted that the integration of engineering, medical, and social efforts forms a fundamental pillar in addressing health and humanitarian challenges, and strengthens collective efforts to support cancer patients, especially children. He added that providing innovative design solutions contributes to ensuring the best possible medical and psychological care, expressing pride in being part of an initiative that embodies hope, supports the healing journey, and reinforces Jordan’s position as a regional medical hub.

This agreement falls under KHCF’s ongoing efforts to expand its capacity and continue delivering advanced, comprehensive care to cancer patients from Jordan and across the region, with the support of leading national institutions that believe in the importance of community partnership in strengthening and sustaining the healthcare sector.

The signing ceremony was attended by members of the Board of Trustees, as well as the management of KHCF and KHCC, in addition to representatives from Dar Al-Handasah.
