Doha – Under the patronage of HRH Princess Ghida Talal, Chairperson of the King Hussein Cancer Foundation (KHCF) and Center (KHCC), and H.E. Sheikh Thani bin Hamad Al Thani, Chairman of Qatar Fund for Development (QFFD), KHCF signed a USD 5 million partnership agreement with QFFD during the Doha Forum 2025.
The agreement aims to support cancer patients from Gaza by covering treatment costs at KHCC and providing psychosocial services to patients and their families, helping ease the significant emotional challenges associated with treatment.
Princess Ghida Talal commended Qatar’s longstanding humanitarian leadership and expressed pride in the Foundation’s strategic partnership with QFFD, represented by H.E Sheikh Thani bin Hamad Al Thani.
The agreement was signed by Mr. Fahad bin Hamad Al Sulaiti, Director General of QFFD, and Mrs. Nisreen Qatamish, Director General of KHCF.
This collaboration reflects the shared commitment of Jordan and Qatar to advancing regional stability and delivering sustainable support to the most vulnerable communities.
