HRH Princess Ghida Talal has served as the Honorary Chairperson of the Jordan Society for Pediatric Oncology (JSPO) since its establishment in 2005.
The Jordanian Society of Pediatric Oncology (JSPO) is a professional society of pediatric oncologists in Jordan, who study and treat childhood cancer in Jordan and collaborate with other professionals who provide care to children with cancer in Jordan and around the world.
Members of JSPO include: pediatric oncologists, radiation oncologists, pediatric oncology surgeons, pediatric oncology nurses, nutritionists, psychologists, social workers and pediatric oncologists under training.
